Meet Brooke & Amanda

We are two organization-loving friends sharing tips, strategies, and real-life experiences (and fails!) of trying to be Good Enough-ish™… as busy, tired, flawed people, attempting to keep it all together.

We bring our unique professions, experiences, and personalities to the table to help you achieve good enough-ish-ness, too — while adding a little levity to the common threads we all share in this wild ride called adulthood. On each episode we jump in with a relevant topic or issue we’re both facing… and ultimately evolve into banter, semi-related tangents, and lots of laughter.

Brooke Forry

Brooke is a graphic designer, entrepreneur, and podcaster who loves seeking new creative pursuits (and the perfect slice of pizza). In 2010, Brooke co-founded Curious & Co. Creative, a boutique branding design firm where she is still the Creative Director. She loves working with her business partner, Terry, to create striking visual brands that help small businesses stand out from the crowd. Her work has been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, awarded a Best of Philly award by Philadelphia Magazine, and won a Philadelphia Design Award from AIGA Philadelphia.

In 2019, combining her design background with her lifelong love of stationery and planners, Brooke spearheaded the launch of the Balance Bound Planner, a line of US-made products that help busy people get organized and prioritize self-care.

As an anxious Type A perfectionist, Brooke has found that having organizational systems in place for her personal and professional life — combined with prioritizing self-care practices after years of burnout — are integral to managing her anxiety and showing up as a better version of herself for everyone in her life.

Brooke’s expertise in design means that she brings a unique, design-centric approach to organizing her life and finding creative ways to be Good Enough-ish.

In her spare time, Brooke can be found baking, reading, taking in musical theatre, listening to podcasts and memoirs, or binge-watching her “stories” while staying up too late. She is also often carting her two adorable kids around to dance class and baseball practice in her beloved small town of Media, Pennsylvania.

 Amanda Jefferson

Amanda Jefferson is the owner of Indigo Organizing and one of the world’s first KonMari consultants. She left an inspiring yet stressful 20-year career to start her own business because she believes that we're all too frazzled. She helps people have less stuff, less stress, more space AND more time for what MATTERS.

Amanda is ALL about finding the good enough-ish in life. After leaving her former frazzled self behind, she’s committed to tapping into what’s fun and easy and helping as many working women as possible to do the same.

When she's not working with her amazing clients, she's talking to groups across the country about how to quit the shoulds and live more courageously.

Her passion project is writing her well-loved weekly email, called Amanda’s Top 3, where she shares bite-sized tips to make your life a little easier and your days a little brighter.

Her brand-new online course, Organized Every Day, teaches a simple 4-part system for how to organize your house (and your life), without the overwhelm of trying to figure it out alone.

When/if she finds time to relax, you can find her reading a book in Cozytown (aka bed), sitting in an Adironack chair by the firepit, or hanging out in West Chester, PA (or back in her old digs of Media with Brooke and the Mom Squad.) She has one daughter, one husband (just one for now — he’s our producer!), an adorable Cavalier dog named Junebug and two adorable kitties.
